I am Baturalp Unlu, a Computer Science student at Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in Artificial Intelligence and Media. During my internship at NCR Voyix, I worked as a Software Engineer where I played a key role in enhancing the NCR OCP Marketplace. I integrated OAuth, existing mapping, and refined ordering functionalities, which improved user integration by 30%. I developed and tested the NCR Site API and Google API, leading to a 25% increase in site management efficiency. EZ Park – Smart Parking Solution

I developed a Stock Market Predictor to forecast stock prices and trends by leveraging machine learning models, including SVM, CNN, and Linear Regression. I implemented the entire pipeline, encompassing data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation to ensure accurate and reliable predictions. The project includes an interactive dashboard that visualizes predictions and market trends, providing users with clear insights into financial data. Additionally, I integrated real-time data updates to enhance adaptability to dynamic market conditions. This project demonstrates my proficiency in machine learning, data analysis, and visualization, showcasing practical solutions for financial forecasting and analytics.

In this project, I transform athletes' movements into measurable data, their form into figures, and their strides into actionable strategies. I created a customized platform and dashboard to analyze and display individual student-athlete performance data. As the project progressed, the platform expanded to accommodate a sports team, incorporating additional data sources and predictive modeling. This platform displays metrics, analytics, and data to provide insights into individualized performance plans. I am currently collaborating with the swimming team to obtain more accurate performance data, which is stored in the customized dashboard for detailed analysis and strategic planning.

As part of a team of five, I collaborated on the development of EZ Park, a smart parking solution designed to alleviate urban parking challenges by providing real-time parking availability and seamless payment options. My contributions spanned multiple aspects of the project, including designing the app's architecture, implementing real-time parking spot updates using data integration, and developing features for traffic navigation assistance.

The app targeted everyday commuters, event attendees, and urban drivers, offering an intuitive interface and predictive tools to enhance the user experience. We conducted extensive customer discovery interviews, tested hypotheses, and incorporated insights into the platform to address user needs effectively. This project highlights my ability to work collaboratively on innovative solutions, integrating technical skills with customer-focused design to solve real-world problems.

Campus Discovery App

Personal Finance Management App

I developed the Campus Discovery App to provide real-time, location-aware event information for students. Using C for the backend and MySQL for database management, I ensured efficient data handling, while leveraging Android Location Services for dynamic event recommendations. I designed a user-friendly UI and implemented RESTful APIs to enhance functionality by 20%. The app features real-time updates, CRUD operations for event management, and personalized user experiences. This project combined full-stack development, database optimization, and API integration to create a practical tool for campus connectivity.

I developed a Personal Finance Management App to help users track and manage their finances. Using React Native for the front-end and Node.js with Express for the back-end, I ensured a smooth and secure user experience across iOS and Android platforms. The app features interactive charts and graphs using D3.js to visualize spending patterns, and integrates the Plaid API for automatic bank transaction tracking. MongoDB was used to securely store user data. The app includes budget limits, notifications, and a rewards system to encourage financial discipline, along with a community forum for user support. This project combined full-stack development, API integration, and data visualization to create an effective personal finance tool.
